We offer home owners the ability to place "For Sale By Owner" properties on the Sciotohomes website:
The cost of a basic layout is only $50. It includes:

• A full web page dedicated to your property.
• Up to 6 full size color photographs of the property - One photograph will also be used as a thumbnail link.
• A description of your property. Make it as long and detailed as you like - No per line charges.
• Links to your e-mail address - You must have an e-mail account with some provider to utilize this feature.(Sciotohomes does not provide an e-mail account, only a link to your personal account.)
• Your name, phone number, address, etc..

Your property will be placed on our site for a three month period unless:
1. You ask us to remove the page for any reason.
2. You sell your property.
3. You list your property with a Realtor. - (Agency contracts usually prevent F.S.B.O. listings.)

Other options:

• Additional Photographs - If you would like additional photographs added to your page layout, the cost is only $5 for each additional photograph.

All you need to do is to send a photograph, information concerning your home, and a check or money order payable to Sciotohomes for the services you are requesting to the address below. Property descriptions and digital photos are welcome (preferred), just attach them to an email message sent to webmaster@sciotohomes.com.

Problems with sending email? With the increased quality of modern digital cameras and the large file sizes these pictures create, many people have had problems emailing multiple pictures as attachments. Email providers often refuse to transmit very large email messages. If your picture files are large (1-3 MB or more), a simple workaround is to send seperate messages with one or two pictures each. Most likely an email including 6 or more pictures weighing in at 20+ MB is will never make it... Because it is blocked before arrival at the Sciotohomes mailbox, there will be no error "bounced email" return message recieved. How long will it take to add my property to the site? Properties are typically added within a day or two of recieving them.

How should I pay for the advertisement? Sciotohomes accepts your personal checks, or a money order if you prefer. Just send them to the address below. Credit cards can be accepted through PayPal upon request.
